I started ABCareerMatch in 2005 after watching the same thing happen again and again. The person with the strongest experience in the room would lose the role to someone who simply knew how to be seen. It was never a talent gap. It was a positioning gap, and nobody was teaching people how to close it.

So I built what I wished those candidates had had. Not résumé formatting, not another list of job boards, but a way to name what you actually do, prove it in language a hiring team recognizes, and walk into the conversation already positioned. Over two decades that's grown into work with more than 500 clients, résumé workshops for audiences of 5,000 and up, and a LinkedIn Top Resume Writing Voice designation.

What hasn't changed is the part I care about most. You deserve to be paid and placed at the level you're already working at. My job is to make sure the people making the decision can see it.
